Preston Miller, RN

Preston Miller, RN

President & CEO

More than two decades ago, Preston faced a challenge many families know too well: the struggle to find dependable, high-quality care for a loved one. That personal experience, paired with his lifelong respect and compassion for seniors, sparked a mission to make professional, reliable home care easier to access for families throughout the Central Valley.

With nearly three decades of experience in the home care industry, Preston’s expertise is backed by a deep clinical foundation. He earned his Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in 1992 and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, eventually serving in the ICU and cardiac care units at Doctors Medical Center before transitioning his focus entirely to home care.

When Access Senior Home Care launched in 2011, it was more than a business, it was a commitment to the community. As a Central Valley local, Preston genuinely enjoys being a trusted resource to seniors and their loved ones, whether they are Access clients or simply seeking guidance. His focus remains the same today as it was at the beginning: helping people stay safe, supported, and comfortable at home with care that is both compassionate and expertly managed.
